For many years we have relied on Lance (formerly Vicino) for all our driving needs. Because of a super service department, and great sales staff, we continue to purchase and service our vehicles here. Most recent purchase (2011 GMC Terrain). The vehicle was properly prepped, and Jeremy spent as much time as needed explaining the functions and features. He has also been available for any followup questions and we always feel welcome in the showroom. And we look forward to the same great service we have always relied on. Thanks, guys!

Good afternoon Gerry.
I am writing to share with you the latest experience I had purchasing a new truck at your dealership over the past week. I did do some shopping around at other dealerships, but knew without a doubt that I would be purchase at Lance. At these other dealerships, I was not treated well because I was a “woman” buying a “truck”. I need this truck to pull my horse trailer and have done extensive research to make sure I was getting what I needed to do the job safely, so I went in knowing exactly what I needed. Most of the sales people would talk to my husband not me and would not even let me test-drive the vehicles. I left each dealership feeling very frustrated.
The minute I walked into Lance, I was greeted by Nyaten (who I bought my Pontiac Vibe from in December of 2009). He listened to what I needed and what I wanted to purchase, never making me feel like a “silly girl” wanted to purchase a truck. Nyaten made purchasing this truck such a pleasure and I got exactly what wanted and needed.
Stew was also very helpful in this process. I went into this buying process thinking I could only afford to buy used. Stew and Nyaten took the time to show me some new trucks and the different packages that I could get and made me realize that buy a new truck was a better option (with NO PRESSURE!!!). They both worked hard to find me a truck that suited my needs and I could not be happier with my new truck.
In addition, I cannot leave out Geoff in this process. He was very helpful in getting my financing done with very little effort or stress from me. He also got me a rebate on the existing warranty that I purchased for the Vibe, which was great and something that I did not think was possible to do.
The Service Department is also awesome. They provided wonderful service on my Vibe and I know I will have the same experience with the Sierra.
You truly have the best staff at Lance and I just wanted to share this with you.
Very impressed with the total experience of buying my car from Lance and look forward to recommending to my friends the Buick Regal and purchasing from Lance. The Sales Rep Jeremy, GM Stew, Finance Geoff and the owner thanking me for the purchase, completely satisfied. I have purchased 1 Honda and 5 Toyotas over the past years. The Buick Regal 5 speed manual trans is the American car that I have been waiting for. I commute 125 miles per day 3 days per week, look forward to it now. I like to service my vehicles where I have purchased them so the warranty to service at Lance is frosting on the cake

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I was with the fine customer service and personal attention that I received from Brian Otasevic, Salesman, at Lance Buick Pontiac GMC.
The minute I walked into the Dealership, I knew that I was in the right place. Upon my arrival, Brian greeted me cordially and asked me which type of car I was looking for. Since I had done my homework ahead of time, I knew exactly what I wanted. After listening, he took me over to a car and immediately began explaining all features that it had. Not only was it a great way to acquaint me with the vehicle, but it also got me oriented with it before I drove it. Doing that beforehand was wise, so that during the test drive, I could give my full attention to the feel and comfort of the car. Whenever I asked a question, Brian was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the answers that I needed. We went through this process with three different cars.
Once I found the one that I wanted, I was quite pleased that the "back-and-forth” routine between the salesman and the customer was kept to a minimum. We were able to settle on a price, along with a few added benefits, in just a short time. In early April, I happily purchased a Buick Lucerne.
Stew Abramson, the General Manager, was very nice to me when I spoke to him on the phone, as well as in person. Geoffrey Fales, the Business Manager, was thorough in seeing to it that I understood the transactions and had copies of all the necessary documents.
Brian Otasevic surely gets my vote as a “tip-top” salesman! It is so rare these days to find someone who is personable, courteous and listens to the client. What a pleasure it was to purchase my car from him! Brian made sure that every detail was taken care of, from the time I met him, through the day that I picked up the car. He even had it on display in the Showroom, front and center, when I arrived. That was quite impressive! Brian also treated me to a large cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. What else could I ask for?
I spent the previous two weekends looking for a car at various dealerships on Route 1 and Route 44. However, not one of them compared to the Customer Service that I received at Lance Buick GMC. I certainly would recommend the Dealership to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle. I am pleased to say that I am truly a satisfied customer.

I would like to take the time to Thank You and all the staff at Lance Buick, Mansfield for making the experience of purchasing my 17 year old Daughter her first car. From the very moment we walked into the lot and she picked the car she wanted right up til the day we drove off the lot with her new car, You and all the staff were exceptional. You've made a situation that is expected to be stressful and nerve wracking into an Experience I will cherish for the rest of my life. The staff at Lance Buick were always pleasant and available for any questions not only for myself but for my wife and daughter. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision. My daughter had a particular vehicle in mind and knew what she wanted and we found that vehicle and more by coming to Lance Buick Mansfield. I will most likely help my Daughter to purchase a few more vehicles in her life time but there will always be only the 1st Car, and I couldn't imagine haven bought her 1st car anywhere else than Lance Buick Mansfield.
